Welcome to the Call for Abstracts & Workshop Proposals for GIS-IDEAS 2026 that will be held at the Hanoi University of Mining and Geology, Vietnam from 24-27 September, 2026.

We welcome the following type of submissions.

1) Abstracts - Oral presentations. Paper presentations related to areas of ongoing research . You will have 20 minutes for presentations.

2) Abstracts - Poster presentations - A poster presentation on research/project status. Poster presenters would be required to be present in front of their poster during core time (60 mins) of Poster session.

3) Workshops: Workshops are half (4 hours) hands-on experiences with participants following along with an instructor.

4) Abstracts are to be submitted in Text Format in 300-400 words using the conference submission system below;

5) Organizers plan to publish selected papers as Springer Lecture Series and The Journal of GIS-IDEAS.
The conference e-proceedings with ISBN number will also be publisher.
